This is big, very big. WordPress.com introduced premium theme store for WordPress.com user. So now millions of WordPress.com user will have chance to make their WordPress.com blog different and unique then others, in WordPress’s language “Stand out from the Crowd”. WordPress.com introduce this with initial two premium theme and they said more to come. It seems WordPress.com is pretty serious about giving user a lot more option in theme.

WordPress.com is starting their premium theme offerings with Headlines for $45 (available to self-hosted WordPress users for $70 with two “bonus” themes) and Shelf for $68 (also available to self-hosted WordPress users for $68).

Headlines is a sophisticated magazine theme from WooThemes with a Featured Post slideshow, multiple menus, and 15 beautiful color schemes. It’s available now for a one-time price of $45.
